Just as marketers are beginning to feel comfortable with the idea of Content Strategy, Content Marketing is emerging as a new web development discipline, leading many to wonder: What’s the difference? Is there a difference? Can you have one without the other? Do you need to choose?

Content Marketing isn’t a replacement for Content Strategy, but rather the natural growth and evolution of it. It’s ensuring that content is engaging by employing numerous tools and techniques that launch Content Strategy’s framework, processes and concepts into all areas of a web-driven world.
