He creates "leadership brands," which are a set of guiding principles laying out how agencies attract, recruit, engage, develop, coach, and empower team members. He contributes to Rosetta's continuing dynamic growth and the achievement of the goal to become the most valued interactive agency in the world. Previously at US Airways, Nigel has reorganized planning and operating units to generate 25 percent return on assets and directed a $1.2 billion budget for capital resources and manpower planning for 10,000 staff members in various roles.
