Rosetta Events: June 2012 Preview

June is no exception to the busy schedule we’ve seen so far this year for events. Here’s a preview to where our team will be this month and we hope to see you there!

E3 | Los Angeles, CA | June 5 – 7, 2012

The gaming industry continues to see exponential growth as product manufactures and content creators continue to innovate within the digital and entertainment realms – and beyond. Our team will be attending the event alongside clients and partners to explore the latest in interactive entertainment and how it translates to the brands we serve. If you’re interested in joining us at the event, please contact Danielle Douglass.

Internet Retailer | Chicago, IL | June 5 – 8, 2012

The 8th Annual Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition is a powerhouse show that connects retailers with the latest marketing, merchandising and operating strategies for serving the evolving online consumers.

There are over 100 sessions featuring 175 expert speakers from the eCommerce industry that we’ll join for four days in Chicago. We’d look forward to meeting you at the event and exploring opportunities to harness insights, connected devices, social media and best-of-breed platforms to transform business. Please contact Scott Young if you would like to meet with our team at the event.

Marriott eCommerce Global Activation Summit | Boston, MA | June 10 – 13, 2012
The Marriott eCommerce Global Activation Summit is the premier central eCommerce-focused event for Marriott International, its associates, franchise partners and industry colleagues. Now in its sixth year, the conference pulls together Marriott eCommerce leadership, Global eCommerce managers and Marriott’s partners to review trends, share best practices and network. Topics cover a broad range of eCommerce-related specialties, including: Brand Website Support and Evolution (Marriott.com), Paid & Natural Search Marketing, Mobile and Online Travel Agents. Rosetta’s Paul Elliott will serve on the Mobile and Social Media Panel discussions during the Summit. While this is an invitation-only event, please contact Rachel Stallard if you are interested in meeting with Rosetta team members.

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity| Cannes, France | June 17 – 23, 2012

This past February, Rosetta hosted a competition for team members to win an all expenses paid trip to attend The Cannes Lions Festival. Last year, our own Gary Scheiner shared his experience finding the golden bullet in Cannes alongside other delegates from around the world. For our team, Cannes Lions is an opportunity to participate in the world’s biggest advertising and creativity festival, view some of the greatest work in the digital marketing industry and, of course, experience the beauty of the French Riviera. The winners were selected based on a range of qualities including collaboration, imagination in their work, going beyond the ask, being a risk taker and an innovator – but most importantly they had to have a passport! All candidates were nominated by their peers. This year there were three winners and we will be following their journey through the festival on Currents as well as on Twitter (@RosettaMktg) and Facebook. Bon voyage to our team members attending and we look forward to following you as you discover all that is Cannes Lions.

Forrester’s Customer Experience Forum | New York, NY | June 26 – 27, 2012

Our team is excited to join Forrester Research and their partners again at this year’s Customer Experience Forum. The event will focus on case studies from Forrester’s upcoming book, Outside In: The Power Of Putting Customers At The Center Of Your Business, detailing the specifics of how organizations can truly deliver great customer experiences through organizational alignment, both internally with employees and externally with partners, around – you guessed it – customers. Please stop by our booth (#100) contact Garrett Colburn if you would like to connect with our team at the event.
